Hi all! I recently decided to try Keto after finding some info about it on a primal site I use alot. I've been primal/paleo for quite some time now and have to keep gluten and dairy out of my diet to prevent lots of extra issues! I haven't lost weight eating primal, just kinda maintain as long as I stick with it so I really want to lose about 20 lbs and get into good shape. In general, I need more energy! Any food ideas out there to help with variety? I'm eating alot of green, leafy veggies, fish, eggs, bacon, ground beef, shellfish, coconut milk and creamer and I cook with extra virgin coconut oil and ghee butter. I've never been a huge fan of fruit but I do like to put some frozen berries in a smoothie in the morning so the rest of my day is basically no carbs. My husband LOVES eating this way. He is really into his bacon and eggs now!!!!
