Hi there! Thanks for joining the team, and good luck on your journey!! Keto has worked for me, but then I went on vacation and hit a lull (still tried to stay low carb, but not in Ketosis). I am back to trying to keep it low carb, but maybe not full ketosis, since we are trying to have a baby and I hear differing opinions on ketosis and pregnancy. I am glad so many people have joined the team and can be around for each other to bounce ideas, thoughts, recipes, etc off of! Welcome!!

...I have a lot of metabolic issues, I weight train and do cardio daily but it took me a year to lose 10 pounds...not really looking at the pounds loss more like wanting to see fat reduction and inches lost...since I started Keto I've lost about 5 lbs but a ton of fat and inches especially from my problem areas which is my hips, thighs, and upper/lower abs...I feel very good and I just love this eating approach. I know this will be how I eat for the rest of my life..it just fits with my health issues as well as fitness goals...my weightlifting and cardio endurance has increased significantly since I started Keto-ing...I first started Atkins in November, the week before Thanksgiving and then I learned about Keto and switched...so I've been Low carbing since mid November...good luck to all...and I'm glad someone started this Team! :)
