Hi there! Your lifestyle seems similar to mine: I'm about to turn 37, am a vegetarian, and have been on Keto since November 2012 (with some occasional slips in between). I find myself eating a lot of eggs too, in addition to cheese and heavy whipping cream (for dessert some time). I often think to myself, "this is crazy! how can eating all of this work?!" and then I stopped for a week or so and see the pounds creep up. But it does work! Good luck, and feel free to contact me! I'm a type 2 diabetic who needs to lose 100+ pounds. My husband tried ketosis to improve his mood and lost 40 pounds, so I thought I'd give it a try. I'm on day 6 today. I'm also a vegetarian which makes this a difficult journey. I've been eating a lot of eggs and cheese but managing to keep my net carbs around 20.
