I'm from Charleston WV.

I have a partner of over 8 years --- his name is Randy, as well, aka Randy2 here at Sparkpeople.

I've been on the weight loss journey since I was about 12 or 13 --- and Sparkpeople (actively) since the fall of 2007.

I've lost 70 pounds -- gained some and re-lost -- but basically maintaining a 70 pound lost at this time from my highest weight.

I need MORE change to my program.

I'm a planner --- and I've failed to plan as much as I usually do. Hence --- I won't say failure --- but ....... being that my mantra is IF I FAIL TO PLAN -- I PLAN TO FAIL --- in looked at it this way -- really have been failing to plan and things just don't "fall" into place for me when I don't plan.

I'll tell you now -- I've joined and unjoined several teams in my more than 5 years here at Sparkpeople. I know some of you already. And some of you know my main team is 100+ First Step Club. I'm looking to the MORE team to help me focus on the things I need to do MORE of --- eat MORE of --- drink MORE of.

Right now I know me -- and I need MORE involvement -- I've let me and my health drop from the top of the list of my priorities --- those need to stay MORE to the top of the list too.

I've rambled enough --- look forward to working with you all.
