I'm Melissa and I have been on and off with SparkPeople but I'm hoping that this time, I stick with it. My busy lifestyle was always my excuse to let it go but now I have a steady routine and I am willing to completely invest myself into this.
My fitness plan is to go to the gym 5-6 times per week.
My food plan is to eat between 1200-1550 calories per day.
