My name is Angela and I've been with SP off and on for 3 years now. I keep losing and gaining the same 15 pounds. I think this is a great challenge and I'm definetely up for it. For the past month I've been doing hip hop abs level 1. I have a few days left on this level then will be moving onto level 2. good luck to everyone!!!

I've actually been going to the gym 5-6 times per week consistently for the last 9 months (I worked out from home for the first few months) so that has become my daily routine and doesn't worry me. Where I have trouble is portion control!!

I've never actually done a challenge on SP before so we'll both be learning haha

Sooo happy you joined me with this! I think your plan sounds great- just make sure not to go overkill... that's where I've failed so many times. But if you're already working out alot then thats awesome!

If you have any suggestions for this challenge let me know- this is my frist time running one and I'm learning :D

Hi Kyrsten!

I'm Melissa and I have been on and off with SparkPeople but I'm hoping that this time, I stick with it. My busy lifestyle was always my excuse to let it go but now I have a steady routine and I am willing to completely invest myself into this.

My fitness plan is to go to the gym 5-6 times per week.
My food plan is to eat between 1200-1550 calories per day.

I think this challenge is a great idea!

Hey everyone!

My name is Kyrsten and I have been struggling with my weight since about 2nd grade. I have always been the fat girl and I am not going to be anymore!

I've recently found a plan that I love and I can see myself sticking to it til I'm old and gray. It's so simple. (If you're wondering what it is, its weight watchers) :)

I created this challenge because I want to force myself to be more active in the SP community. This is one of my goals for the next 30 days.
