This week we are going to work on our salt intake. Can you stay under the recommended daily maximum of 2300 mg?

To add tracking sodium to your nutrition page:
From your Nutrition Tracker Page, click the "Change Nutrition Goals" button at the top of the page.

Click "Add Another Nutrient to Track" and select the nutrient you want to track from the drop-down list. Click "Save Your Changes" at the bottom of the page when you are finished adding nutrients.
