I'm very new to this trying to loose about 3-4 lbs per week not doing very good on my own open to a buddy to keep me on track and maybe learn from I joined today starting tomorrow to track not totally sure how to use but going to give it a try going with my husband and 2 teenage daughters to Cuba in April would like to try a bathing suit to disgusted with myself right now open to any help anyone can give

I would like a spark buddy, to keep me accountability for my self, to email me a couple times a week and just be there for me when i need to just talk with someone Also I will be a spark buddy for whatever they need me to do for them
I would like a spark buddy to email a couple of times a week to keep each other accoutable. My biggest challenge is ideas to pack for lunch. Distracting mysekf from late night munching and choosing better snacks.
