I was on the road for five days--my eating schedule and exercise routine were interrupted. I had a ton of shopping to do (basically bought myself a whole new wardrobe!) so I did walk quite a bit. On the downside, I certainly went off of my diet in terms of carbs. I only got in one real/intense workout the whole time.
I was planning to avoid the scale for a couple of days to give myself a chance to get back on track, but I couldn't resist hopping on this morning. I thought I would weigh 225. Turns out I am 217 again--a couple of pounds down from when I left (?) and back to what seems to be my new set point.
On the downside, I am still FAR away from the goal I set for Christmas...but I am maintaining, so I guess that is success.
