New to this Team. Decided to try This idea after reading the latest Woman's World. The title WORKS LIKE GASTRIC BYPASS, caught my eye. I have see that very title at least 5 times or more over the years of being a fan of the magazine.
Needless to say, most of the ideas were not helpful! But I am gearing up for this try. Need to loose my last 30. So bought the book, and am reading up to see what to do. Any help is appreciated!

I have been a SP member for a few years now. What I desire is a weight loss that stays gone. I am tired of the up and downs. Looking to get healthier. This is the first I have heard or read anything about carb cycling. I Just down loaded some information from this group. I will be reading it. I want to make a successful journey.
I am a wife, mother, grandmother, and a mother again to two grandsons whom we adopted a few years back. Life is busy and interesting.

Hi everyone I just ordered the book, I have been doing lc for a while but no real plan.. I fall off the lc wagon at time and have terrrible gains. I am hoping a plan that changes often will keep me on track and with a plan to follow I will do better.
Hi, I'm Janet. I just started Chris Powell Carb Cycling, this is day 5 for me. I have high hopes for this! I got CP book Choose to Lose a couple of days ago, started reading it. I'm looking forward to seeing how this works! Best of wishes to all

Hi, I am in the middle of my 2nd week of carb cycling. I lost 2.4 lbs and 2.5 inches last week! I have lost almost 50 lbs counting calories and exercising since January 1, 2013 but stalled around Christmas. I decided to totally switch my plan and learn how to count carbs for the first time to try to get the the 2nd half of the way to my goal.
