Hi everyone, it was a long day. Visiting FIL at the hospital he had a very difficult nurse. Just makes the situation harder for everyone.

On a happier note I wad able to stick to my food plan all week and get my workouts in. Went to store and stocked up for another successful week.

I joined group for same reason Sherry did. I lose and gain. Would like to see the scale stay down. I have a lot of weight to lose but would be happy to keep 15 lbs off for good.

I read his book and was confused about what to eat, but came across a utube video of him showing container method of each phrase and ready to try again.

I am a grandmother of two and tried a lot of diets without success.

I have been a SP member for a few years now. What I desire is a weight loss that stays gone. I am tired of the up and downs. Looking to get healthier. This is the first I have heard or read anything about carb cycling. I Just down loaded some information from this group. I will be reading it. I want to make a successful journey.

I am a wife, mother, grandmother, and a mother again to two grandsons whom we adopted a few years back. Life is busy and interesting.

Good morning! This is day 1 for my husband and I. Bought Chris Powell's book and am more than slightly confused but we are going to try and muddle thought it although we would appreciate any help anyone can provide.

Hi everyone I just ordered the book, I have been doing lc for a while but no real plan.. I fall off the lc wagon at time and have terrrible gains. I am hoping a plan that changes often will keep me on track and with a plan to follow I will do better.

Hi, I am in the middle of my 2nd week of carb cycling. I lost 2.4 lbs and 2.5 inches last week! I have lost almost 50 lbs counting calories and exercising since January 1, 2013 but stalled around Christmas. I decided to totally switch my plan and learn how to count carbs for the first time to try to get the the 2nd half of the way to my goal.

HI I am so glad I found this team. I am a carb cycle newbie and today is my
first day starting Chris's Classic Carb cycle. I lost 40 lbs on WW and have been trying to lose my last 35 lbs but just been stuck! So I am hoping this is the change I need! emoticon
