Hi everyone I just ordered the book, I have been doing lc for a while but no real plan.. I fall off the lc wagon at time and have terrrible gains. I am hoping a plan that changes often will keep me on track and with a plan to follow I will do better.

Hi, I am in the middle of my 2nd week of carb cycling. I lost 2.4 lbs and 2.5 inches last week! I have lost almost 50 lbs counting calories and exercising since January 1, 2013 but stalled around Christmas. I decided to totally switch my plan and learn how to count carbs for the first time to try to get the the 2nd half of the way to my goal.

HI I am so glad I found this team. I am a carb cycle newbie and today is my first day starting Chris's Classic Carb cycle. I lost 40 lbs on WW and have been trying to lose my last 35 lbs but just been stuck! So I am hoping this is the change I need!
