LYNN did you know that if you just kept on trying the less you would fall of the plan...you know slpi up get back on...here read this it might up you.: Giving up too easily....
No person who ever lost weight successfully reached that goal because they were perfect all the time. Setbacks happen to everyone, even the most successful people. We've all had days where we made a poor food decision during a meal—or even for an entire day. We've all missed workouts, forgot the lunch we packed, or been too busy to cook a diet-friendly meal at home. But those who continue dropping the pounds pick themselves up, forgive themselves from their mistakes, learn from their slip ups, and just keep right on going. emoticon

Which plan were you doing?

I still love Chris Powell but am constantly getting off track on this program. SO, decided to go back to JMBR and the eating is very similar just not cycling.

REDISCOVERLLH you don't have to stick to the food list as long as you know what a protein, vege, carb and fat are....then you got all the whole foods at your hands!! Just study the food list and know what everything is and leave the processed foods alone and you'll be good to go! And the sooner you get to carb cycling the sooner you'll be at your goal because this plan really does work great! emoticon

I am supposed to start carb cycling today and am totally panicking and wondering if I should just try counting calories again. I finished the Choose to Lose book last night and am worried that the approved food list is too limited. I grew up on the belief that whole foods are the best, so I'm worried about replacing whole foods with protein powders. emoticon I also am worried about how sluggish I will feel on the Low Carb days. Does this really work? Help! My anxiety is through the roof!

I start up with the very next meal!! And as time goes by if you keep getting back to the plan after a tiny slip upi...your slip ups won't happen! emoticon and if next time you can do what I do...tell yourself its low carb day and this is the most important day as its FAT burning day...if you slip up on high carb day ....your body will still lose that fat!! Isn't that awesome??! But of course if you can stick strictly to the plan you will lose weight faster...but hey we are only human and we do tend to slip up....just try really hard not to do it on a lowcarb day....you'll get this!! As for a cleanse I have a whole lemon squeezed into a 18 oz glass/ bottle of water and drink it first thing!! It works great every morning for a cleanse emoticon I exercise twice per day...once in the afternoon and once at night...just to get the metabolism going...but if your workoing out at least once per day...your good to go....but make sure your doing at least 10 minutes of high and I mean high intensity and getting out of your comfort zones to make that change happen. If your doing 10 minutes this week next week aim for 15...and so on and so on emoticon emoticon

what do you do when you get off the plan? whether it's a meal or a day wasted, do you just pick right back up on schedule. do you do an extra low carb day. do you cleanse or anything different to compensate? more exercise?

Every choice you make has an end result.” ~Zig Ziglar

Zig Ziglar is a hero of mine. I have worked in business since I was 18 and he is a great motivator. But, he motivates for more than business. He motivates for life! And, this statement he made is so true. Every choice we make is going to be how it turns out for us in the end. If we choose to eat unhealthy, then our bodies will be unhealthy. Just think back to that that pizza dripping with grease that runs down your hand that you used to eat all the time (sorry, I love a greasy pizza). you ever heard you are what you eat? Well, that is true. A greasy pizza on a regular basis makes you into an overweight unhealthy person with a lot of fat in your body. You chose to eat that unhealthy stuff and the end result is an unhealthy body.

So, it goes to reason that a person who makes better food choices will have better health. Am I telling you to never have pizza again? No! Am I telling you to never eat at a buffet again? No, not really.

Speaking of buffets. have you ever been sitting at one and this sexy girl or smoking hot hunk of a man comes in and piles their plate full of food? If you are like me you think "Dang! Why can't I look like that and eat like this?". I have a theory. Well, two theories. First, they may have an amazing metabolism. Second though, they probably don't eat their all the time.

Last word of advice. Don't think of this as a diet. Think of this as a new way of living! Eat healthy and be healthy. It is okay to have the occasional greasy pizza or even a buffet. But, not every day!

“Attitude: It is our best friend or our worst enemy.” ~John C. Maxwell

Attitude is everything. Most of us got into the shape we are in because we said I can't do that. I am guilty as charged. Until we change our way of thinking, we never will. There is something I have heard all my life. Can't never can do anything. And, that is true!

An example would be with my walking. I have committed to walking at least 7,000 steps a day. That is 3 1/4 miles at least. I have been what I call speed walking during my breaks at work. I get a 15 minutes break. So, I committed to walking for 10 minutes at a fast speed. I kept finding myself saying I couldn't do it! Then, something happened - I thought about it and I thought back to words Chris Powell has spoken so many times. YOU CAN DO IT emoticon . Those words are bringing me new life! If I find that I am starting to think of quitting early, I remember those words YOU CAN DO IT!

And, a tip on how I get through it. This may or may not work for you. 2 minutes sounds like a long time when you are tired. But, I think okay just 120 more seconds. I don't know. I know it is the same. But, my mind and body seem to adapt to that better haha.

I read this awesome quote...Fall down 7 times...Stand up 8!! Other words keep on trying you will get this!! at first I was just like you, but the more I kept on trying the more days I got through healthy!! Psyllium husk really works to stop cravings I used to use 3 tablespoons per day...one in the morning then at diner then right before bed....it really does help to fill you up and stop those cravings of bad food...now I only take 1 tablespoon at night to keep me full through the night emoticon just take one day at a time...you'll get this!! I know you will...I did!! emoticon

Lynn - Way to go on the loss! Planning is definitely key for me! If I wing anything, yeah, let's just say I tend to get off track... emoticon When I have a plan, I have something to follow and stick to. Plus, then I can also plan when I should have my cheat day. It's great that you are moving on! That's all we can do when we make a mistake. Keep up the great work!

I love heidi's recipes on her website!

I got my app ready to go. it never stopped counting from when I was looking at it before. anyway, I couldn't figure out a way to change it so I paused it to get my reward day to Saturday. but the last couple days it has reminded me to have a protein and veggie or protein and carb and it's helping.

Success is not a race, be patient.
Success leads to success.
Success is always a work in progress.
Success doesn't come to you--you go to it.
Success is a journey, not a destination. Focus on the process.
Some people dream about success... while others wake up and work hard at it.
Success is achieved and maintained by those who try-and keep trying.
Everyday is a good day to SUCCEED!
If at first you don't succeed-try, try again

Your welcome Lynn I never ever weigh myself let alone more then once per week...I take measurements...the scale and I are not on friendly terms!! The scale can not tell you how much body fat you lost or how muscle you gained or how much water retention your body has...it will only tell you the total of weight..that's it... the way you feel inside, the way your clothes fit, and the inches that come off are the stuff you should really focus on and care about. emoticon

Thanks for the tips and encouragement Ladelle & Ricky!

I am trying to remain positive. I think I will review the information in the books to be sure. I don't eat on schedule properly so I downloaded that app yesterday again and since the app is geared towards the turbo cycle, I am switching to that. I usually get my meals in but ofg schedule.
I also weigh my self more than one day a week

I have decided to avoid any kind of pasta and restaurant food. Had hibachi shrimp and rice and veggies and did not work. Convinced myself that the food was on plan but maybe too much sodium

I don't know if this will help you or not. But, I would like to share my thoughts on carbs emoticon .

I think the most important thing is to know what your trigger carb is. A good way to do this is to keep food feelings diary. When you get those cravings and have to have more, write that down! Once you do this, you can look back through it and find out what is triggering your cravings. Once you find that, you need to cut it out until you can learn to control your cravings. Trigger foods are a giant obstacle that is in the way of you reaching your goal. They will put a big dent in your plan. My biggest trigger is pizza. I have not had any pizza since I started. But, I will soon on a cheat day to see how it goes.

Another key is to make sure your protein is a healthy protein. A healthy natural protein helps to send a signal to the brain that you are full. So, your less likely to crave the carbs.

Make sure you are following a regular schedule for meals. This was a tough one for me at first. I love to get my work or task done before I eat. The end result was disasterous though! I started craving carbs and my mind was not able to stop myself. Never let yourself go to long without food because you will start to get those nasty cravings.

Water is also key. When you don't drink water, your body starts squeezing it out of the carbs you are eating because carbs are binding on the water. Since your body needs water, it starts telling you to bring more carbs into your body so it can get its water. Therefore, if you are filling it water and giving it the water it needs, then it won't trigger your carb cravings to get water from. If you start drinking a lot of water, you will soon notice your body starts craving the water. That is because it was getting its water from carbs. Now, it is used to you giving it to it without the carbs supplying the water.

I hope these help you. Remember, we are always here to help you. And, I know you guys can do it

I am also struggling to make this work. My cheat day is Saturday. I weighed today up from last weigh in. I know that it's still close to the cheat day. I am going to limit my cheat day to a cheat meal next week. Keep trying to make this work.

I had the same problem when I first started doing the carb cycle but I added in psyllium husk which gets rid of most if not all my food cravings and helps me stay in control!! You should check it out!! emoticon

LMK, hang in there. I know you can do it. The first week was rough on me. I almost quit. But, I am now at the end of week 3 and it is great. I do still struggle with my food becoming boring because I am still learning the process of putting together recipes that I can eat. So, I am eating just basic stuff.

I start my sling shot week next week where every day is high carb and then start the process over again. This is a great group of people to help support you. Ask anything and everything and someone here will help you. emoticon

I was looking on the Internet today and I found something that can be motivational. So, I wanted to share it :)

It takes 4 weeks for you to see your body changing

It takes 8 Weeks for your friends and family

It takes 12 weeks for the rest of the world

Lindy- Thank you emoticon I love what carb cycling is doing to my body!! I love shrinking!! If you find it hard to stick to the program just make yourself a promise...no matter what on low carb days no cheating!! Those days are so important to follow the plan and if you do this your body will start to change...not as fast as doing the program without cheating except for on your cheat days...but it will lose. When I first started carb cycle I kept on slipping but never on low carb days and I was losing weight but this month since I stuck to the plan as close as I could get to the classic plan I have been shrinking big time!! emoticon

Enjoy your exercise!

Ricky you are so right about food tasting different. after 2 weeks of no pop and following diet i had a mountain dew and EWE it was so sweet i couldn't finish it.

I can tell when i am following the diet good. I keep cheating which only cheats myself. One day at a time. today has been great so far i will. if you look at my weekly weight loss for the BLC group i am in you can tell which weeks i followed the diet and which weeks i didn't. I will follow the diet to a T today. then get up tomorrow and do it again! Lamoura you progress is very inspiring.
Ok time to go to the park with my daughter to exercise and play.

Ricky, you did great making it through the day when you forgot your veggies. I hope I can be that strong. Also with lasagna. Yikes. Also my favorite. But I had it as a cheat with half zucchini and low amt. of cheese and still ate way too much. Oh I used low carb noodles too. I just have no control with pasta but am looking forward to the day I do gain that control
I’ve decided to do the first 28 days and see where I end up before I make a decision. Last week I was off a little bit on the eating plan but not by much. Too little protein. Too many carbs and calories. This week I’m doing my best to be on plan … no matter what! Everyone seems to drop faster, better, it’s just disappointing. I can totally relate to the scale haunting you! It is great to gain muscle and lose inches but it also needs to get the fat off!! And the scale down

i only take my measurements every 3 months. I agree it's a good thing to see a drop in measurement but after 1 or 2 weeks there shouldn't be much of a difference. fat be gone!!

emoticon Since I wanted to start on Monday as Chris suggests and today is Thursday should I wait and start again on Monday? Just thinking outloud.
It seems like this week has been a week of I bought it now let me eat it!
Maybe I am not ready as of yet and I am making up some excuses although I cannot control my DH....yet!
I will start with one meal and JUST DO IT and then on to the next and by Monday I will be OP and when and if things arise I will be ready with my baggies of good foods and I will make Lou get up 15 minutes earlier so I can turn on the lights and pack my foods for our rock hunting trips!
Ok, plan on board and I am emoticon

Ricky- AWESOME!! So glad you made it through the day!! low carb days are TUFF!! Good going!! I myself never count calories... I just follow Chris's books and pick and choose from his lists of foods...except on cheat days of course emoticon And it works great for me!! Sorry about your eye hope its feeling better! You know what? I never ever weigh myself...I take measurements...the scale and I are not on friendly terms!! RICKINTN70 - It's amazing what eating well will do to your taste buds and body! Glad to hear your body is adjusting to the plan and I hope your eye is better! It is hard to not worry about the scale, but it is just a number. The way you feel inside, the way your clothes fit, and the inches that come off are the stuff you should really focus on and care about. You're doing great, keep it up!

I did make it through the day. I ended up with 1,455 calories which is not great. But, it was okay. I am finding my hunger is diminishing between meals now. I did notice on my cheat day this past weekend that the food doesn't taste as good now and after I get it, I really don't want it. This was lasagna. my favorite food! And, this past Sunday I could take it or leave it.

Now, for the most frustrating part of my day yesterday. I went to the urgent care last night because my eye was hurting (I had a small scratch on it). There scale there weighed me 13 more pounds than I weigh on my home scale. Granted, my clothes are about 8 pounds (I weighed with them off then on at home). But, still! Then, I started questioning my home scale and wondering if they were right or if they were wrong. I assumed they were right because they were very close to my sleep specialist doctor's scale last week.

I guess I really did need the episode from the show last night. The message was clear. Eat right and try not to concentrate on the number on the scale. I have to admit it was hard and at 4 AM this morning, I couldn't take it anymore and got my scale out. I am down a pound. So, I did give in. But, I am going to do my best not to let it control me

Marcie- sorry about your day...I pack a iunch and snacks and bring them with me where ever I go!! That way I don't have to worry about where I will be able to eat next. Hope today goes better for you!...Buy a lunch bag and some ice packs...and plan plan plan emoticon emoticon

Lynne- On low carb days fruit after breakfast should not be eaten...fruit is a high carb and full of sugar and will slow down the fat loss on low carb day if eaten after breakfast...for a faster weight loss and for Chris's program to work you should only eat fruit for breakfast or save it for your high carb day or cheat day. I have a 1/2 grapefruit with breakfast and a whole grain piece of toast...the rest of the day I low carb it...and I am loving the effects of what its doing to my body!! Major change happening! emoticon

Okay, so today has not been so good for me. I mean, I am eating on plan. But, I packed all my veggies for the day for work. When I got to work, I realize I must have packed it in two bags because I did not have any veggies with me! I am holding in there though. I have 1,050 calories with two meals left to go. I am doing good on my water. I am up to 200 oz with 40 oz more to go.

So, the day is not a total loss. Just frustrated with myself. There is nothing close enough to where I work to go get any vegetables. So, I will eat some tonight and make sure I bring some tomorrow.

Lynn - I personally don't stick to no carbs after breakfast on low carb days cause I'll have my 2nd serving of Shakeology as my 5th meal and I usually blend in fruit with the shake. But that's working for me. However, for my 2nd, 3rd, and 4th meals, I try to strictly stick w/ no carbs.

And you want to make sure you do get enough protein since that's what will be feeding your muscles. Whatever protein your eating for a meal, just add a little extra. emoticon

well, I think I'm off on carb vs. protein. Not enough protein on any given day.

Do you guys see that you have to stick Perfectly with NO carbs after breakfast on low carb days? do you get fruit later? or do you omit fruit entirely on low carb days?

Lynn - I'm w/ LaDelle. I don't count calories either. I know as long as I stick to the plan, I'm good. And so far, it has been working out. If you are finding your high carb days w/ lower cals, try adding a little more carb and a little more protein to up your caloric intake. How are you feeling overall? Have you taken measurements since you've started?

Marcie - Wow, you had one long day! I do hope that today goes better for you. Next time, try taking food with you. If it's a low carb day, it can be like string cheese, single servings of peanut butter, and nuts. On high carb days, it can be yogurt, fruit, or protein bars. Let us know how today goes. emoticon

emoticon was a nightmare! We left at 5 and we did NOT get to eat breakfast! NOTING was open and when the time came to be open we were on the road!!!

Lunch was a grilled chicken sandwich, lettuce, tomato and no fat! It was on a Ciabatta bread. I had ff so that hurt!

THEN! NO dinner as we got home so late that I was dog tired as well as Charley!

Today is a new day and a new opportunity. LC and we go to the store! My ring is on my finger and I am ready for the LC challenge for today.

No rain so Charley got to sleep. Poor puppy Lou fell asleep and neither one had supper!!!

Ok, here's what I was going to say: I still haven't gotten the eating down. I do log everything on Lose it. my calories are up down up down: at first I half started b/c wanted to finish the book and finish some stuff in the house... so the first week was a "pseudo" week.
mon 1321, tu 1458, w 1359, th 1300, fr1698, sat 1409, sun 1915 cheat day.

"Real start" mon 1493, tu 1196, wed 1640, th 1102, fri 1668, sat 1848 cheat day, sun1777

so my high carb days are somehow lower cal... I NEED HELP !!! ugh!

Lynn - I can't type on my phone either. Stupid autocorrect! emoticon Plus, everything is shrunk so I can't tell what I have written.

Anyhoo, getting off topic. It sounds like your range of calories are good. How's your activity on a daily basis? Like if you workout a lot, you might want to up the calorie range by 100. But again, give it another week and see what happens.

Marcie - Way to go for positive attitude! That's what gets your day started right! emoticon We had like 1 month of rain. It didn't rain all day, but it rained every. single. day. for that month and it was miserable! It's supposed to be summer and sunny. Yeah, needless to say, the kids were not able to see the pool a lot this summer.

Check back in with us at the end of the day if you can and let us know how you're day went! emoticon

emoticon and Lou, DH, wants to go up in the mountains rock hunting for our landscaping! This will be my first challenge! Shouldn't be too hard as today will be a high carb day.

Thank you all for your support.

We had a torrential rain last night. Second day in a row! We haven't seen rain in ages. My dog, Charley Cooper, hates thunder and we feel so bad for him.

Off to look at my food list so that I will have a good idea of what to have out on the road!

Here's to an OP (on plan) day. emoticon

Hi everyone!!

Marcie- I am doing this alone at home as well...and my mom bakes tons!!! emoticon Trust me the more you do this plan the easier it will become even with other people in your home eating crazy! If my hubbie or my mom brings in foods that I am not aloud to have until cheat day I put some away and have it on my cheat day!! It works perfect!! But like Uriah sadi...we are not alone! We have this team and each other!! It is the reason I created this team so people like you and I would not have to do this ALONE!! Yes for sure like Uriah said come post often..we are here for you!! We got your back!! emoticon emoticon

Lynn- awesome going on being sore!! LOVE IT! More muscle!! More muscle less fat!! emoticon With your weightloss have you been taken measurements? Weighing yourself while carb cycling and strength training might not be such a great idea...measurements way better!! Like Uriah said be patient in time your body will change!! emoticon emoticon

Lynn - Sometimes it takes our bodies a while to adjust. I believe on your reward days, you're supposed to eat higher calories. I believe Chris said to try not to exceed a 1000 over your normal range though. 1000 is a lot of leeway! Give it another week and see how you do following the plan. If still nothing, look at your daily meal plans and see if you are truly getting in enough food or eating too much. emoticon We are here to support you through this journey. If you want some immediate accountability, post your meal plan for tomorrow and see what the input is. emoticon

have not lost any weight so far

my body is sore from the 9 minute missions. so that's a good feeling. today i am doing treadmill b/c my legs are so sore I think that will help loosen them up

so, week 1 -0 pounds. emoticon

Marcie - you can do it! I'm doing this program alone as well. But because I have reward days once a week, I don't feel too deprived because whatever I really want during the week, I'll just save it for my reward day. This is not a diet where you deprive yourself of everything you enjoy eating until you lose all the weight you want to lose. I see this as a lifestyle that will keep me healthy and happy!

Btw, even if you don't have support at home, you have all kinds of support here! Whenever you're feeling low, or are just having a tough time, come here and post and all these wonderful people will help you. You are not alone on this! We are all here doing this program together! emoticon

Good Morning all.

Today will be a great day to focus on the up coming week.

I start tomorrow and am nervous about it. Without support at home it will be a tad difficult but I will do my best.

Enjoy this day and know that we are worth all of the effort, planning and goal setting.

Uriah, yeah, I was down in weight last Saturday a pound even though I had not truly started the plan yet. So I was happy about that.

Lindy, I use chia seeds in my smoothies. I would add them to fiber cereal too or oats if I happen to have that for breakfast. They help me feel fuller from lower protein meals and help ya potty too .. lol.

Emily, I will check out that black rice. White makes me gain weight no matter what variety and brown… I usually maintain weight but the taste isn’t worth it to me. It is OK for things that “need” rice . I can tolerate the the basamati brown but I’m SO sensitive to carbs with weight gain. That’s why I was interested in this plan. We live in the boondocks too!

Emily- you bet! Your body with carb cycling will change fast if you stick to the program like Chris says. Just at the beginning of July I could not wear the capris I am wearing today...lol infact I couldn't get them over my thighs! But today I am wearing them in comfort!! It feels awesome!! I used to love rice but gave up the white stuff because it throws my BS thru the roof. I switched to brown but hubby doesn't care for it. Then I found BLACK rice at a natural food store and we both love it. Out here in the boondocks I have to order from Amazon. I still only have it rarely but boy is it good.

Here is an article about Black Rice:

I think my tummy is going down, can that be after only a few days? I measured before I started but I will wait until the end of the week before I measure. Fingers crossed. DH asked what happened to me, every morning I disappear. Told him I was on a 'mission' to lose weight and I am working out while he is still sleeping. He can tell because I am drenched with sweat.

Morning all,

Rice pasta is the Chinese variety?! I am not a fan of that but my DH loves it.
For the rice, I use Basmati (healthier than regular) and I like the taste. All in moderation!

I have a little more research to do then I believe I will be armed with my program ideas for success.

Yesterday we took my gf to Taos. Had a blast and I bought me a motivational Indian ring. When I see it on my hand, come Monday, it will be a great reminder of my health goals.

Enjoy this day to its fullest and know that together we can do anything!

To many low carb days in row make me feel yuckie..loving the classic! Do you have his first book?? It explains the classic way better in that book...in fact its the only plan in his first book!

In his first book he talks about the carb cyle days and why we need both days...high carb day is to stoke up your furance to rev up the metabolism so your body on low carb day can burn off body fat faster! And it works! I feel only yuckie one day per week...just a bit sluggish and irritable on low carb day but its doable...on high carb days I feel great!! emoticon

Marcie-I don't like whole wheat pasta niether..have you tried brown rice pasta?? That stuff is yummie..and same with CATELLI SMART pasta its way healthier then plain white pasta but taste's just like it! As for the brown rice I really disliked that stuff as well but the more I made myself eat it the more I liked it...now its the only rice I'll eat! Don't like the white now...it doesn't leave full as long as the brown rice....and the taste of brown rice does grow you! emoticon

Good Morning!!!

Well I am a compulsive weigher and scale stalker. What have I noticed? I am down 5.2 pounds in 5 days! Now that I have all my weight off that I am constantly gaining and losing I am anxious to see if it keeps going!

I will keep counting calories just simply because it is what I have done for 5 years but I'll try not to worry so much about hitting a magic number!

LaDelle - I agree about the calorie counting part. I'm currently not counting calories and just measuring out the way he has put in the book. (fistful, palmful, etc). We'll see how that works out! Btw, what's psyllium husk? What does it taste like?

Marcie - Way to go on being prepared! I don't like whole grain pasta either emoticon Has a weird taste to me. I think I found one or two brands that weren't that bad but was not budget friendly. Brown rice I can do but not something I prefer. emoticon So with that all being said, I'm with you on the tweaking part. I think as long as we stick to the program overall, we should be good.

Morning all,

I have not started yet as we are taking my gf to Taos today (We are in CO).
I did go to the store and I did buy some things.
The whey is way $$ and I am not too sure that I would like it!
I did buy some protein powder smoothie, Almond milk, Greek yogurt, Granola, corn tortillas, tomatoes, Broccoli, Cauliflower, lettuce, spices and oils as a start. (have more already in my pantry)
I plan on starting on Monday.

I do NOT like whole grain pasta or brown rice.
So, I will be tweaking this program here and there.

My awake hours will not allow me to follow his eating time frame but I will do my best.
I, also, have a difficult time with calories so it will be more research.

Enjoy your day.

We will be picking my gf up at 5.

Hi everyone!! your doing awesome!! What I do for hunger is take 1 tbsp. of psyllium husk at 3 meals...this stuff really works great on low carb days!! Now as far as calories if your eating 5 meals and eating the foods that are on the list you really don't have to be concerned about counting calories...I don't and I am shrinking!! at the beginning of this month when I started to carb cycle again I had a muffin top over the jeans I wore today but today I put them on and the muffin top...GONE!!! In fact its so gone my jeans are and inch to big!! Almost time for a new pair!! emoticon so yeah if you give the program a chance and don't worry so much about calories the program will work for you!!! As long as you get in your exercise 6 days a week!! emoticon emoticon emoticon

Emily - Awesome! Yeah, I think I'll be able to survive on this plan (but this is only the end of day 2 so who knows what I'll be thinking by the end of the week. emoticon )

Runtofindme - I workout first thing in the morning as well and can't eat before working out. So the area I do fudge the rules a bit is eating w/in 30 mins of waking up. It ends up being more of 1 hr w/in waking up. Yeah, going to bed hungry is better than going to bed stuffed! emoticon I do like that feeling to though. Does that make us sound weird?
