I just came across this group and I am so glad I did. I think any amount of movement and mindful eating is healthier than the alternative. I've learned that those things that I do mindlfully become part of my habits. Evenutually I find myself wanting more of it. Not everything though. That is where the moderation comes in for me. If it locks in then it right for me. If it doesn't lock in then I find something else that does.
