I've lost 55 pounds so far with SP and I'm working on losing 35 more. I exercise a ton, but I enjoy it. I have a hard time with cutting foods out of my diet and denying myself treats. I've been trying to work on more mindful eating and eliminating the emotional binges. I like this teams approach. I truly believe in everything in moderation and enjoying my food so I can stick with it for life.
