Good Morning from MA,
Waiting for the Frankenstorm (ie sandy to hit full force) and decided today was a great day to start working on my weight loss goals!
I am looking to lose 35 pounds by Thanksgiving 2013. I have two big goals to be 15 pounds lighter by the Tough Mudder in May and to run the Princess 1/2 marathon in February 2014 (hugh goal for me because I am currently not the most enthusiastic runner)!
These are big goals for me however I have lost my spark (ie motivation) to be a better me...to much bad food and stress and not enough exercise!
I am hoping to find people in the area who might want to train for 5k obstacle course races (great feeling when you finish one).
Keep up the good work and remember the work you put in today will lead you to be the person you want to be tomorrow!
