I have been following sparkcoach and just finished two sessions on this fuel for improvement program. I had checked it out last year but found it too overwhelming and did not know where to start. I thought I would check to see if there was a sparkteam for this system and voila here I am.
Now about myself. I have been a member of SP for 1 1/2 years. Although I have lost some weight I have also gained so am pretty much back to where I started 1 1/2 years ago. My biggest problem is my emotional eating due to my self esteem issues which I need to tackle. I am looking into using a life coach in order to help with my thought processes and issues which in turn will help me tackle my emotional eating. I would like to give this system a try and this would be a great way to do it without being on my own. Looking forward to trying it out.
I've been struggling with staying in my calorie range and have been stuck in the same weight range for 2 months. I need to get back on track and focused. I realized recently that I don't have a handle on my emotional eating and very easily slip into my old ways of eating when stressed out. I'm always looking for new ways/ideas for achieving my goals.
