Hi ya"ll!
I am a 56 year old animal rescuer who needs to lose 75 pounds and generally improve my health. Too many years of being overweight and living on junk food have really taken their toll. I work with a large no-kill shelter and want to continue to rescue animals as I get older but unless I do something to lose weight I am not going to be physically able to. I also have longstanding (since childhood) major depressive disorder that seems to be becoming less responsive to medication, and I am hoping a dietary change will help with this.
