So glad to have you! I know we can learn and help each other on our journeys. Water is so great, isnt it? I would have to say that once I reached my heaviest, and just decided to accept myself and go ahead and get a swimsuit so that I could play in the water with the kids, it wasn't long after that I began to notice I was losing a few pounds and feeling much better!!
Anyways, welcome to the team!!
This is your journey. Take the wheel and drive!

Hello all, I've had a few challenges and plenty of mis-steps, however, it was always one step closer to my desires of the heart.
Drs led me to believe I'd be in wheelchair by 40 with childhood arthritis. I did go into wheelchair for almost a year and realized that I did not want to go down this way. At 62 I can walk about 4-5,000 steps a day so I choose to exercise in water where I can really stretch out.
Nutritional Ketogenic is actually how I eat now. I've found food support in raw and vegan arenas as well as great ideas with paleo friends. I hope we can support each other together:)
