Something to think about is trying to focus on a process goal to get to my product goal. The product goal would be weight loss or gaining muscle. The process goal could be tracking everyday, drinking enough water, working out or strength training 3x a week.
With this said, I am trying to focus on working out 5x a week. It's not working out so well. The motivation isn't there as it once was.. but I am trying!

I started here march 2010 at 291 ( I actually found out later my highest weight was 304). I lost 50 pounds the first year and I was so thrilled. Then I lost 20 the next year and have gradually put back k o. About 15 pounds. I am here every day. I walk most days with my hubby and beloved dog, stitch. I have never given up since I joined and I never will. I want to lose 50 more pounds.
I changed my ticker a month ago because I feel like I need to focus on NOW and not the success I have had before.
