I want to lose the 7 pounds... let's do it together!

Eventually, I want to get down to 140 but I feel like it's too daunting... like I have to accept myself. If I stay at 160, I can still have faults.

First goal is to re-lose 20lbs and be back to being less than half the person I was when I started!

Then, well, back to goal weight of 140lbs.

I'm getting married, so want to feel good and proud of myself and I want to be healthy as I can be to try for a baby. I'm 33 so this is really important.

I used to be 323lbs.

At my lowest I got myself down to 140lbs, I had surgery to fix the vast amounts of skin on my arms and to reshape my breasts... this was also a cause of my current downfall, without the "hoop" of being the right BMI to qualify for my surgery on the NHS... and the far longer than anticipated recovery from this...

well, I have gained about 40lbs again.

I am getting married next year, and I do NOT want to be a fat bride, but I am really struggling to re-find what drove my motivation and commitment before.

I want to be comfortable with myself again and fit into my amazing dress and not look like a big fat meringue!!!
