Hi, Sher! My name is Vicki and I also went back to college a little later in life. I will be 60 this year and will graduate with an Associates Degree in English at the end of this year. I feel better about my mental status since I went back to school so I thought it was also time to break out the big guns and work on my weight. Menopause really put the extra pounds on me but I am going to get that off then start working on stopping smoking. How are you doing with your weight loss programs? I am new to this so if you can give me any tips on how to make it more enjoyab;e and how to make food tastier, I'm all ears!!!
Thanks!! Vicki

Hi, I'm SHER and I am in College getting my Associates Degree in Applied Science/Health Information Technology. I am in my last semster (4) and just a few months away from my first Degree. Then, I will continue in Another Degree when this one is finished. Right now I am in Advanced Medical Coding. I absolutely Loving this. Very hard, But I am doing it with an accumlative GPA of 3.67 = A-. Hopefully I can keep my A when I am finished. It's been over 3 years doing this degree. It takes about 1 year per semester. But it's all worth it.

I am a Lung Cancer Survivor of 7 years Plus. I was diagnosed in college in 2005 at age 55. I had my right Lung removed, then the horrible chemo, then the degrading hair Loss. I had cancer the same time my Dad and my younger brither. Unfortunately, they did not make it. Theire's were metastisized, I caught mine right in the beginning stages. How I miss them so much. My husband is a 6 year plus Major Heart Attack survivor. So, we all have our stories, some good, some bad. But, now we are all here for the same thing and that is to Loose this Weight.

So tell me what you are doing. emoticon emoticon SHER
