1. How much weight are you wanting to lose by the first goal? mostly maintaining, but if I lose anymore I'd be okay with it.

2. How much time are you giving yourself to lose the weight? indefinitely

3. Do you have a workout buddy? no

4. How did you find Sparkpeople? stumbled upon it years ago

5. What is one of your NON-weight goals? have grace in dealing with the cub scout den leader every time he makes a comment to my ds about food.

2. How much time are you giving yourself to lose the weigh?-- January 26th (Mom's b-day)
3. Do you have a workout buddy? -- I don't, wouldn't mind having one if main focus is working out & not talking the entire time.
4. How did you find Sparkpeople? -- I found SP in 2006 after reading a success story on another site.
5. What is one of your NON-weigh goals? -- Get back in school to finish my master's degree
6. Are you interested in a buddy on Sparkpeople? -- Definately
7. Name me 3 foods you have a hard time with -- Chocolate, Chips and anything fried

1. Goal is 10 pounds before Halloween ... then next year another 10 pounds to loose.
2. 8 weeks to loose 10 pounds
3. My 10 year old daughter runs with me :-)
4. I heard about SparkPeople years ago and finally tried it
5. So many goals...
6. What's the difference between a buddy and a friend?
7. Cookies, ice cream, and chocolate are my weaknesses ... can't have just one serving!

4. How did you find Sparkpeople? My brother used to use itco-worher.
5. What is one of your NON-weigh goals? To finish my bachelor's degree!
6. Are you interested in a buddy on Sparkpeople? Yes, I definitely am!

I can see my goal and I will cross the finish line.

10lbs (to borderline of overweight/obese according to BMI)

2. How much time are you giving yourself to lose the weigh?
I haven't set an exact time... I'll have to think about this one. Mid-December. Yes. Dec 12 - exactly 3 months.

3. Do you have a workout buddy? Nope, but it could be nice.

4. How did you find Sparkpeople? I think I was Googling for a calorie counter. Not sure. It's been a while.

5. What is one of your NON-weight goals?
Travel to all 7 continents.

6. Are you interested in a buddy on Sparkpeople?
Definitely :)

7. Name me 3 foods you have a hard time with:
1 - Restaurant meals (anything that comes in a portion larger than I want to eat).
2 - Cheese. I could eat cheese and nothing but cheese for ever. I could eat cheese until I get sick and continue eating it.
3 - Sourdough bread. I can't buy a loaf without eating the entire thing.

2. How much time are you giving yourself to lose the weigh? Sept 30, 2013 to start off.

5. What is one of your NON-weigh goals? Brush Teeth 2-3 times a day.
