There no quick way to lose weight. If you try to lose the weight to quickly, you will end up gaining it back. The best way is to lose it slowly. Losing 1-2lbs per week is good. There are some people who can use more in the beginning each week, but after the weight loss will start to slow down. I whatever you do, you be discouraged. It took years to put the weight and hopefully, but it shouldn't take years to get it off, if you continue on an exercise routine and staying healthy. Good luck on your weight loss journey. Hi, I am new to spark and looking to lose 100-110lbs, as quickly and healthily (if thats a word haha) as possible. If anyone has any tips for me that would be great, also, feel free to add me :D Hope everyone has a great day.
