Ok well here is one from the book:

Sleepy Seeds
-50% spinach
-1 banana
-raspberry (I would figure 1/4 C since they really don't say the amount)
-blueberry
-1 Tbs pumpkin seeds
-1 Tbs sunflower seeds
-water: top with water to MAX LINE and extract

and another

Deep Green Sleep
-50% collard greens
-1/2 avocado
-1 carrot, peeled
-1 tomato
-1 lemon (peeled)
-1 tsp spirulina
-1 pinch of Sea Salt
-water: top with water to MAX LINE and extract

Ok two for you to start until you get your book!

I just realized yesterday that I never received the hardcover book, just the small softcover book. I called the company, and they're sending me out one tomorrow but it's going to take 7 - 10 business days to arrive.

I was hoping someone could help me out before then.

In the Nutri bullet book that came with it, there are recipes for insomnia and sleeping disorders. I pretty much eat and drink most of these items, but I guess it has to be an actual mix of certain things. I have a bout with insomnia occasionally I attribute it to not being active enough during my day, other than getting outside for about an hour and my exercise. I will have to find more to do, to get myself tired out. Actually need to get back to crafting and sewing and some painting. Or heavens shudder at the thought, go back to work part time. I like not working! lol

Dear NutriBullet Team,
My name is Leila (pronounced Lay-la). I'm going to love being a part of this team. I've had my NutriBullet for over a year but have only used 1 - 2 times. Now I'm on medications for Cholesterol, HBP, Joint Pain, Fatigue, Insomnia, and the list goes on...

Decided today, No More Drugs. I'm going to treat myself naturally. So I took down my NutriBullet and on my way to the Marker\t for fruits and veggies.

Does anyone have a good recipe that fights insomnia? If so, please share it with me.

Nice to be a new member of the family.
