My name is Jeannie and I joined Sparkpeople in March but sadly stopped and kept saying I was too busy to jot down my goals. Well during my time away I have lost zero, zilch , nada, nothing. lol
So Now I'm back. But I also saw this team for Nutribullet. I just bought it last week AND LOVE IT.
I just made a nutriblast with Red Kale, spinach, mango, half frozen banana, 1 ring of fresh pineapple ( i cut them into rings) , tablespoon of plain greek yogurt, small slice of lemon and boy oh boy
IT WAS DELICIOUS.
I'm trying to find ways to decrease my blood pressure while trying to lose weight.
Anyway, hope I can find new ways to get ideas with one another.
