Hey Everyone! I'm Melissa, I'm 29 and I've been on and off the wagon more times than I can count. I'm looking for a way to stay motivated to keep it off. I've been active on Spark since August 2010 and within a year I managed to lose 50 pounds. Since I hit the 50 pound loss mark, I plateaued, and then the frustrations of not losing made me gain. In the last 9 months I gained back about 30 pounds of the 50 that I lost. So now I'm back, trying to lose the 30 I gained. . .and then 50 more. It's a lot of weight to lose, but I'm ready.

Hi ladies! I am Erica, I live in Northern CA and I have a husband of 9 years and am a new stay at home mom...I left my job of 10 plus years to raise my now 3 month old baby girl...its exciting and challenging. I want to stay motivated to lose about 50 more lbs.....have lost about 15 so far...I would love tips on how to balance healthy eating and exercise while hanging with a kiddo! I am excited to get to know all of you!!
Hey guys!! I'm Catherine. I'm single, have a dog and a desk job and two roommates that love to cook delicious, but not so healthy food. I have been on SP for a couple years now. Last year I lost 70ish lbs, and this year has been a giant plateau, with a little bit of gaining lately. Ugh. I'm working on getting back on track. I have at least 80 more lbs to lose, and we'll take it from there, once I get to that point. I guess that's all for now, but I'm looking forward to getting to know you guys!

Hey there! I'm Tricia and I live in Va. I'm 33, married with two girls and a dog. I'm a Conservation Specialist which my job takes me outside quite often. I have yo-yoed up and down for years but the last five I feel have been out of control. I have 80 pounds I want to be rid of and motivation to exercise is my biggest challenge. I know what to do, it's just doing it that I have issues with.

HI Everyone! My name is Kayla. I started this group so that I can stay in touch with people and stay motivated to do what I need to do to get where I want to be.
I'm 26 years old. I'm married and have one dog and no children. I'm an office manager and I sit down pretty much all day. I have about 60ish pounds to be at my goal weight. I have only been heavy since the end of highschool due to bad choices and lifestyle changes. I am determined to change that tho. I cant wait to get to know all of you!
