hi im new member who is trying to lose some weight this is scary for me.i don.t want to fail.im also a weightwatcher member.also cyndy 10 tried to e-mail back im not doiing something right.please do not think im ignoring you.ive aleady done qigong and some chair moves..my body is stiff.but i will not give up great times had by all .kitkatflynn
