I'm going to have to schedule and limit myself to a certain amount of time each day--it's so easy to get sucked in and lose all concept of time-- there's just so much interesting stuff!!!

Hi, I just stumbled on this site today and was amazed at all the free content. I have been struggling with weight most of my adulthood, but up until about two years ago it was about 5 or 10 pounds. Now I find myself 30 pounds overweight and in spite of trying to watch what I eat, it just keeps going up. I'm really feeling a bit helpless at this point and incredibly discouraged. I feel fat and ugly and I hate passing by a mirror. At this point in my life I don't want to look like a supermodel. I just want to be healthy and be able to watch my granddaughter grow up. My weight tends to settle right around the middle and finding clothing for my body shape right now is very hard.
