Hi, I'm Becky and I'm 28 years old. I work full time and go to school part time. I gained a tremendous amount of weight and became extremely depressed as a result. I want the old me back! I joined SparkPeople because it's different than all the other online fitness tools. I need to lose about 25 lbs. Any motivational tips are greatly appreciated.
