My suggestion to you is not to try to make too many changes all at once. Sit down the put on paper what you want to change and how you think you can make those changes.
There are SP articles on how to make goals and achieve them.
More than anything, track your food before you put it in your mouth. And, walk.
Don't let anyone get in your way. This is your life. You make the decisions.
Fork down - activity up!!
Ask not what your government can do for you, ask what you can do for yourself. .

My name is Connie and my goal is to lose 50 lbs and get off high blood pressure pills
Hello everyone, I am new on the site. I am learning alot of useful information of a healthy lifestyle . I am 39 and weigh way over 300 lbs. I am highly motivated to get on the right track of losing weight. But to keep that motivation. is hard to do for me. Once I start, I fall flat on my face and I dont want that to happen again. I want to be successful this time around. Any helpful advice/tips on keeping up the motivation is greatly appappreciated.
