My suggestion to you is not to try to make too many changes all at once. Sit down the put on paper what you want to change and how you think you can make those changes.
There are SP articles on how to make goals and achieve them.
More than anything, track your food before you put it in your mouth. And, walk.
Don't let anyone get in your way. This is your life. You make the decisions.
