I've had good luck so far, and can feel that my muscle tone has improved. This round hasn't been as successful, my rate of loss has slowed and I've been trying to un-do my Thanksgiving damage. (o: I'm also not jogging as much as I had been since daylight savings ended and the colder weather is here. But I'm keeping up with this, because, like you said, it's a 'good' habit and it has to be better than NOT doing it! (o:
I know you mentioned you're reading up. Are you going to start on Monday? I'll be starting a new cycle then (back on day 1). Would love to cheer each other on!
I think I have the one pictured except the cover of my book has a picture of Jorge Cruise. I like the idea of building a consistent habit. I think that's what drew me to the book. You seem like you've made great progress!

Hi there!! Welcome!!! Which book did you get? The one displayed on the team page or one of the other versions? I follow the one on the page. I found some of the exercises to be a little difficult at first (push ups! - which I still struggle with!) but I always got through the motions and do the best that I can. I do feel some of the exercises are more effective than others, but I always do them - to help me establish and maintain the habit.
I confess, I do not follow the eating plan; nor do I do the warm up or cool downs. I'm in a big hurry and just doing the exercises is an accomplishment for me!
