I've had good luck so far, and can feel that my muscle tone has improved. This round hasn't been as successful, my rate of loss has slowed and I've been trying to un-do my Thanksgiving damage. (o: I'm also not jogging as much as I had been since daylight savings ended and the colder weather is here. But I'm keeping up with this, because, like you said, it's a 'good' habit and it has to be better than NOT doing it! (o:
I know you mentioned you're reading up. Are you going to start on Monday? I'll be starting a new cycle then (back on day 1). Would love to cheer each other on!
