It is! I am still amazed when I'm able to hit even a 15 minute mile pace.....it feels awesome.

I can't wait to see what a 10 minute mile feels like! : )

Hi all,
I've been working out on a treadmill 6 days a week since May. Mostly walking but recently I've been able to pick up the pace and do some spurts of jogging/running. I've added some lower body weight work to my routine because I really like the feeling of running and want to be able to do more!

As the pounds come off and the muscle builds, I look forward to ever increasing accomplishments!
