Hello Everyone! I am Kendale, I am a newbie runner from Texas.
I joined sparkpeople about 5 weeks ago. I have been walking, but now I am getting into jogging more and more. I have participated in 2 5Ks this year, my overall goal is to do at least 5. I have one Scheduled in April, There is a 5K in May and a Half Marathon in May that I want to attempt. I am pretty sure that I will exceed 5 lol
