Heyo! My name is Linn and I'm a new runner. I've been walking the track at my club and slowly building up to short jogs around the track. I can usually only make one circuit before I have to walk again to catch my breath, but I'm working toward steady paces. I usually run/walk in Vibram FiveFingers (with heavy foot warm-up beforehand) and track my pace with Nike+ Running on my iPod.
