Hello everyone Im looking at this as 1 of my challenges!! I havent run since I was at school and I used to be good at it so why o why didnt I carry it on. Im now 55 so its been a long while since I ran (you do the maths lol) and eveytime I see someone run past I feel so envious that they can and I cant. Well hopefully this is where things change to my advantage - any tips anyone !!
