It is far easier to MAKE time to exercise than it is to FIND time to exercise. You want results???? MAKE it happen.

Hi! I am new to this team but not really new to running. I used to run quite a bit. I've completed three 5k's and one 10k. I was sidelined with an injury early last year after training for and completing my 10k. It was the beginning of a downward spiral with eating and not exercising. I have started taking better care of myself and I am eating better. Now I really want to run again. I had achilles tendonitis and I'm not sure if it's 100% gone, so I will definately be taking my time running - basically starting over. I look forward to getting to know everyone.
