Thats awesome! I'm glad you've decided to go for it. Just commit to it and you'll be fine. I started back in Feb with couch 2 5 K and I loved it. Like everyone else though there are bad runs and days when I want to quit but they pass and you forget about them. In a few months you're gonna look back at the progress you've made and be very impressed with yourself!

I am a new mother and have always wanted to love running. Or even just to run would be great. I have an irrational fear of hurting myself, like I'm too big to move faster. Tomorrow my husband and I are going to the park to start the program I found that begins with 1min run/4 min walk intervals. I have ha experience with races. We celebrated my initial 65 pound loss by signing up for and completing a 1/2 marathon in Austin. Problem was, I never got around to training and literally walked the entire thing!! Took 4 hours and I was miserable!! I want this and therefore need to put in the effort!!
