Hi, I used to run years ago but lost my motivation and stopped. Now I am starting again with the Couch to 5k program. I am currently on week 5.

It is far easier to MAKE time to exercise than it is to FIND time to exercise. You want results???? MAKE it happen.
Hi. Just registered on this site today and been for my first run (well, sort of walk/jog!) in 5 years. Feeling very motivated. Got a long way to go but am ready.

I have been using sparkpeople for about three months now but I have not joined any of the teams or done anything in the spark community. I am excited to join this team and I hope I find it helpful.
I have been running outside for about three weeks now about 3-5 times a week, I usually run a mile or a mile and a half and always stretch after.
Excited to be a member of this team :D
