Hi Everyone... I'm new-ish to running (I started last summer, gave up for awhile and started up again in March). Since January, I've started working out a lot and eating better and I've lost 15 pounds since then! In addition to my weight loss goals, I wanted to add an extra challenge, so I signed up for a 5K in July. It'll be my first one, and I'm really excited and a little nervous as well. I'd really like to be able to run the entire race and not walk, and a fast time isn't on my radar at all - I just want to be able to finish! Thanks for reading!
