hello everyone! my name is charity. I've jogged off and on (with lots of time in between, haha) for a while now. i'm twenty years old now and i'm ready to get my act together and stick with a sport! i really enjoy the benefits of running, and i'd like to lose a few pounds. i want to be healthy now and for the rest of my life! i feel that what i'm lacking is motivation, routine, and technique. that is why i have joined this team. i'm hoping to hear about your experiences and advice, and who knows, maybe soon i will have some experience and advice of my own to offer you!
