hello my name is Paola, enter SparkPeople to feel motivated and helped by others who were in my same situation, losing weight! after a long and hard work, achieved more than 55 kilos down! 6 months ago I started to run, now very proud of myself I can say that I run 15 km 4 times a week as part of my training to go down and stay, emotionally and physically happy. emoticon
