Hi there. I have just joined this team but have been on spark for a while. A good friend and I have started running 3 times a week. This was day 2 and my calves are screaming but I am more energetic the rest of the day and sleep way better at night. My goal is a 10k trail run the 5th of September. I am not aiming for major times just want to finish and still be alive. :) Hope to get some good tips on here
