I can relate to the image issue. I'd encourage you to check out any book written by John Bingham ... aka "The Penguin". He really helped me get through some of those running issues (the issues that fat people think about).

We're glad that you have found us. If you need a running program to start with - let me know - I have a great one that worked for me.

I have tried the whole running thing before and have failed. I have always had the image that I am too fat, well now that is starting to get less and less, however I am still very self conscious. A friend recommended I visit this team. It looks great and may actually prove to be helpful. I am looking forward to getting to know you all and seeing lots of success myself.
