I'm so new to running that I will have to work up to the "week 1" run. And here I was all proud of running three 50-yard runs last weekend!
But it's good to have a program to work with, so I'm really happy to have found y'all!
I'm doing this because I want to become fit and able to run with my boyfriend who is a foot taller than me and used to run and wants to get back into it. Other than some extremely embarrassing times in junior high school and one extremely brief attempt a decade ago, I haven't done any running other than some quick sprints for the bus. I have, however, been doing a lot of walking for about three weeks now, six days a week (the other one is at the rec center on a wave machine and a stationary bike).
