i need help running! not only do i hate it but I'm so bad at it! HORRIBLE! i can run maybe for 5 minutes without having to stop! can ANYONE help me and get me motivated?! i also get very frustrated because i do try!

I am 34 years old. I just wonder if anyone can tell me how I should begin a running routine without over doing it and passing out on the sidewalk like a dork!! I'm not in bad shape or anything. I usually walk 3 miles a day and now i feel like running.
