I'm so happy to see this team as I've been searching for the perfect sports bras for ages, not easy when you're amply endowed!
I have no trouble finding every day bras to fit me (I wear Fantasie, Freya or Panache in 30 FF). For sports (mainly running and yoga) I wear an Enell in 0 and it does stop everything moving but looks awful.
I love the look of the Moving Comfort bras and would like to buy one for yoga and one for running, or even better if there is a high impact one that is also comfortable enough to wear for yoga.
I'm confused about size though - unsure if it is an American thing to add inches to my rib cage measurement to get the band size. Over here (Ireland), the rib cage measurement is the same as the band measurement. The ladies who have fitted me in various specialist shops told me that it's no longer considered correct to add several inches to get the band size because most of the support should come from the band, not the straps. I measure 29"/30" around my rib cage and wear a 30 band size. The fullest part of my bust measures about 36". So according to the Moving Comfort website I should wear a 34C. If I try on any 34 band bra available over here I just know the band will be sliding around and not supporting me. And a C cup would not be sitting snugly between my breasts, I just wouldn't be supported.
So I'd be grateful if I could get some sizing advice and suggestions for bras that might suit me. Also, I'd been planning on buying from the UK or EU website but if there are any distributors in Ireand who sell your bras, that would be even better so I could try on before buying.
