I want to change my addiction to weighing myself everyday! I weigh in on Wednesdays, but here in the last week or 2, I have been on scale every day, every other day. Too much!

What I would like to change is overeating: 1. eating when I'm not hungry, 2. continuing to eat after I feel full. emoticon
