Welcome. So glad you found us. I too am on the heavy side so I modify some of the exercises with the goal that eventually I won't need to.

This is my 4th week using the videos and I can see my strength improving. Even if the scale isn't moving. :)

The biggest thing is don't give up, modify and enjoy. We have a monthly challenge so I encourage you to join those.

We have a great group of people in this group. Very supportive and encouraging.

Hi, I am really happy to find this group. I just started doing Zuzana's Youtube workouts in combination with some other Cardio workouts. I am quite heavy and it feels a little uncomfortable at the moment, but I am hoping I can keep up and start to shape up with this programme.
