I just recently started working out with the ZWOWs starting last week and they are killer. I'm hope to shed some LBs and gain muscles and strength.
I've been doing the excerises almost daily with some active rest days. I am testing out just the HIIT workouts to see if it works for me. Currently I love the intensity and the quickness of the works out. I already feel stronger in such a short period. Keeping my fingers cross.
Oh and I post pics of my time n calories burnt on my instagram. Not sure if i can post pics in the message board yet since I am new. Hope I can get some tips on training and schedule on here.
