My name is Lauren and I'm a 24 year old college student in Dallas, TX. I have been following Zuzana and her workouts for about a year and a half now and am so excited about where she is now in her life and what she's doing with her workouts!
My goal is to finally get that 6-pack, and since I've started running as well, to participate in some races.
My biggest weakness is feeling justified in rewarding myself with fattening food for a job well done. Kinda counterproductive isn't it? :P
I can't wait to see this group grow and am excited to be a part of it!

I am really excited about these videos. I feel so much more confident this time around.
I decided to accept the Team Leader responsibility as I figured this really adds to my accountability, involvement and commitment. But most of all, it adds to my excitement. I love the idea of making new friends with people who are doing the same workouts as I am.

Lisa- Thanks for starting this group! From the looks of things it looks pretty good so far! I am excited for the challenges.
My name is Codi- I am from Iowa 26 and getting Married July 5 next year.
My goal is to really firm up and lose some of this extra body weight I have been carrying around. I have been Body Rocking/ ZWOW since April 4-5 times a week.
My Biggest weakness is quitting once I start seeing results or feeling good.
I have been doing really good lately at sticking with it because I think I stopped carring so much about losing weight and I have been enjoying my runs 2-3 days a week my walking at lunch and always Body Rock or ZWOW.
I am Lisa. I just started following the Zuzana and BodyRock videos. I am loving them.
I live in Sacramento and have 2 children (10 and 17).
I have quite a bit of weight to lose and physical strength to gain. But I figure I am getting to my goal one video at a time.
My biggest weakness is patience. I am not very patient about my weightloss. I typcially too patient where everthing else is concerned. But I am so anxious for the body, phyical strength and stamina that I hope to have when I get to my goal weight, that I tend to quit early in the game because I don't feel I am losing weight/inches fast enough.
I am taking a much different approach this time. So we shall see. :)
