Hello!

I just watched my first couple of Tai Cheng videos. I'm so excited! I've been dealing with a frozen shoulder for years now. It just never goes away for good, even after going through physical therapy. It stops for a while then just keeps creeping back up. Ugh!

I have a used copy of the program so I don't have the band or roller, but ordered the roller last night from Amazon. I'm sure I can find some sort of band that I can use too.

I am just starting week 2, day 4. I am very pleased to say I have already noticed a difference in mobility. I have suffered from a back injury and have been living in pain the last couple of years. I have lost a lot of my muscle strength in my core and legs so I hope this may help gain some back.

Hi everyone! I just ordered the workout DVD set. I am excited to give Tai Cheng a try. My ligaments are sooo tight that running has put me on pain meds and bed rest several times just as step aerobics has. I really do want to get fit but nothing has helped, just hurt. Hopefully Tai Cheng is the answer!

After reading that, I think Tai Cheng will do wonders for you. Keep us updated. I hope to find out a little more next Friday as to how long i will be out with my sprained ankle, and can't wait to get back into Tai Cheng.

I started with Turbo Jam and still have it but after a few days my back would start to hurt so much that all I could do was lie in bed, I also have Zumba and just haven't dedicated myself to it because of fear. Lately I've just walked a little, and tried some yoga.

I will promise to do my best. My best will vary from day to day, from hour to hour, from minute to minute. But in that minute, I will do the very best I can.

Hi Tracy! I only got into week 2 of the program before i sprained my ankle (totally unrelated to the program or any of beachbody's programs) and i really liked it. I think it will be really great for helping you recovery.
Have you tried doing any other type of exercise since the accident?

Hi, I'm Tracy. I was in a serious truck wreck in Sept 11 and broke my L1 and have been searching for a program that won't kill my back. I was told about this program by my coach and I ordered it yesterday. I'm not sure when it will get here but I can't wait to get started!

Hi. I am Taren. I have been working out to Beachbody's programs for about 3 years now. I first started out with Tony Horton's Power 90 and have progressed into his P90X and P90X2 workouts. I have also done a round of Shaun T's Insanity.
When i saw that Tai Cheng was coming out, I got really excited. Not only was it something different from the workouts that i have been doing, but it is also a form of martial arts. Since i was a kid, i've always wanted to do martial arts.

I started this group because my Tai Cheng program is going to be delivered in 2 days and i was looking for groups on sparkpeople of people doing this workout. I didn't find a group so I made one.
What is your story?

Love yourself and others will too.
