Sounds like stress to me. It's pretty easy to fall back on comfort foods when you are super busy and super stressed. Drink lots of water - stop eating anything with white flour or sugar. Eat veggies and lean protein. Keep your eye on the prize. Break a leg!!

Hello All! Help! I was doing so good on Sparkpeople, lost 8 pounds then August just CAVED! arrghhh!! I am producing The Masque Of The Phantom for The City late October to promote our Armed Forces, need to wear a ballgown, look great and that means at least 10 more pounds.....I don't know what happened. I was so enthused. logged in every day and was losing steadily and then got derailed. I need my weight down for morale and energy, working with great divas, musicians etc.......I was exercising, doing my dance routines and then just shutdown.... I cannot figure out why....could really use support from other thespians.........
